From the Founder..
SHE IS. wasn’t created at a strong point in my life ................ it was created at the opposite.
It came from a time when I felt like I’d completely lost myself. Life has a way of blindsiding you, throwing obstacle after obstacle, until one day you look in the mirror and barely recognise the woman standing in front of you.
SHE IS. was born in that space.
Not from perfection, but from one of the lowest points in my life.
I created it to inspire women.
For the mum reclaiming time for herself.
For the girl learning to rebuild a healthy relationship with her body.
For the athlete who keeps grinding, even when motivation isn’t there.
For the woman finding her way back to movement.
This brand is a reminder that becoming the best version of yourself often starts at your lowest point, in the messy middle, through the setbacks, and yes, in the highest of highs too.
As SHE IS. grew, we moved beyond inspirational tees (although they’ll always be part of us) and expanded into activewear. Not just to create clothing, but to build confidence, for women of all shapes, sizes, and stages in sport and movement.
That’s when Shae joined me. She brought heart, determination, and a shared belief in what this brand stands for, strengthening everything SHE IS. was built on.
Together, we’re building SHE IS. with intention. Focusing on buildling a community and supporting women through every phase of life.
Strength can be built alone, but it grows when we stand together.
And when women back women, we become unstoppable.
