Returns Policy
We understand that purchasing apparel online can be tricky. That’s why we offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of damage or wear.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@sheisclothingco.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided once your request is reviewed.
Once received, all returns are inspected. If approved, you may choose between a refund, exchange, or store credit. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note that sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be remedied in accordance with the law.
